Join us in our flexible and practical classroom, work hands-on to gain a level 2 qualification.
Our Youth programme supports learners in developing their own pathways toward future work and careers and their overall personal development.
A little information about us:
We do a variety of level 1 and 2 NCEA units from literacy and numeracy, to some primary industries – small motors, brush cutting, cooking, and production line. And core generic – CV writing, budgeting, goal setting, whakapapa and some fun ones like a film review and posters.
We cater to a role of 25 students max so unlike mainstream schooling you have more one on one time with the tutor. A more relaxed atmosphere suits some students better than mainstream has.
We do pick-ups and drop-offs, so transport worries are taken care of.
All stationery requirements are covered.

Fees free course
Term 2 and 3 we go to the sports hall twice a week to play basketball, dodge ball etc. and during term 1 and 4 in summer we go swimming to places like PoriPori, Whareroa and Pilot Bay.
Our term timetable is the same as mainstream colleges.
