Coffee Appreciation

Learn about the history of an amazing drink called coffee and unravel the mysteries of espresso-based beverages with our star baristas Maricon and Trudie!

Two days (9am to 2pm) filled with fun and joy in a relaxed atmosphere while learning how to:

Differentiate between different types of coffees and the history of coffee;
Introduction to using an espresso machine;
Identify coffee bean varieties and how the production blending flavours and roasting can affect which beans you buy
You will get to make 2 coffees of your choice all by yourself!

For a symbolic fee of $50 the doors to the world of good coffee will be open to you. Knock on the door now!

Venue – Flexible - Katikati, Waihi and Tauranga.
